Hi all,

 

Another month, another round of rewards!

 

Let me start off by acknowledging that no, the rewards from last month have not been applied yet. We've not forgotten and anyone who messaged me with their number will see them applied in the near future. There are still some ongoing team and system changes going on in the background causing a bit of delay.

 

With that out of the way...well done to everyone who's mentioned below!


Every month we reward members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community, those who took their time to participate on the community and that helped keeping it a fun place to be. 

 

And as we appreciate your contributions to the community, we would like to credit your next bill or PAYG balance.


Below there’s a list with all rewarded members. If you're on the list, please click my name above and send me a private message with the mobile number you'd like credited, and I'll let you know your reward.

You should've received an answer from @Breanna saying what level of award you won, usually a day or so after you PMd your details to her.

Also no payment yet for Feb or Mar, but the payments I won in Nov, Dec, Jan did arrive late Jan and showed as a credit on my bill at 01-Feb, from memory. Not sure why the delay, awards usually showed as a Recent Charge on the bill about 3 weeks into the month after the reward was announced, @jimthing0.

I know I should have rec'd a response (previously rewarded a while ago), but I actually haven't – to two PM's now. That's the problem. That was point 1 of 3. 

 

Point 2 of 3: Reasons for delays with receiving the actual bill credit...? No answers here from staff.

As an O2 customer, just, I imagine, like yourself, @jimthing0 - all I can say is I tagged a member of the Forum management in my earlier reply to you, let's see if there is an "answer here from the staff" towards end-of-day Monday or so.

o2 have a new customer system called 360 @jimthing0

From what we have seen, it is like any system upgrade - there's been a few hiccups, and some issues getting problems solved due to training being a bit sporadic and not every CS agent/store person has had it.

I still have none of the outstanding rewards... 

Have a feeling I will never see them, as it shouldn't take this long to process...  I know its not the community managers fault, but I am fed up of it..

If the team who deal with this are the same as the team processing the Virgin Mobile accounts transferring over to O2 then we will be lucky to see anything this year. Something like 250,000 per month to be transferred to reach their target 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks @Enlli if this is the case, it helps to understand why the delay, though really O2 should confirm why there are delays and what priority we have. Oh, was that a pun 🤨

I hope not... and looking forward to the fun when they come to move my VM oomph sim... 

 

I dont think it has any priority, as we are a free resource for o2...
