No sign of this February 2023 reward yet in my Recent Charges, @Breanna - is this going to be another "3 months in arrears" deal, do you think?

I'm on 360 so it shows differently as an updated payment. However, I get an O2 alert when it happens saying a credit note has been raised.

As yet nothing showing. Proof will be on the 1st when the next bill is produced.

But I would say at the moment that nothing is showing for Feb

Interesting. Despite the odd hiccup in the last few weeks, I remain, firmly it seems, *not* in the 360 realm...

So there's going to need to be a mass re-write of some older guides, is what I am reading, in between the lines... as well as knocking the Reward Payments back into touch.

PS - Mine did all turn up last month, 3 that had been missed. Don't give up hope just yet.

Hello xxxxx, Your credit note for account xxxxxxxx is ready to view at My O2. Just go xxxxxxxxxxxxx. Turn off your wifi and you won't need a username or password. Thanks.
