Hi guys,
The Community Knowledge Base has been live for a little while now and there are some great guides in there that are helping lots of people. Great to see!
However, we are always looking to extend the range of guides there, as well looking into ways to better share the content across the O2 website. Below are some guides that would be great additions (and are popular subjects we see on social media and other avenues).
Would you like to create one for the community? Post below or send me a PM!
- Charge to Mobile
- O2 travel, roaming rates and general O2 travel tips
- Sharer data – What it is and how it works
- Data usage – What uses more data, how much and why?
- App usage (Apple and Android) – Background data usages, how to monitor and how to check it
- TU Go (updated version)
- Any other O2 apps (that we do not already have guides for)
- Any other you think would be useful!
Another thing you can try is to include GIFs in your guide (which we can help with). We have been experimenting with certain step-by-step instructions (below):

For me it just stops at the scroll down for more apps part and freezes...

@Toby I have asked this question before and will ask again...
We have a good range of reviews in the KB.....all from the TTT programme.
My biggest gripe is that this forum has been provided with a range of reviews undertaken by individuals who have tested their own devices and written superb reviews (some worthy of publication) and yet they are not in the Knowledge Base. I could refer to the last two which won the nomination award. One by @Anonymous and the other by @viridis. In fact any review written by someone in their own time and sharing their knowledge and expertise is surely deserving of a place in the Knowledge Base?
If not...then why are people bothering to spend hours of time composing articles, adding pictures, technical specs and posting them on the O2 Forum?..

Yes I noticed yours was in @Curr946 I think you bought a smartband after trialling one on TTT so it was actually a review on a personal device. ........ On that basis surely it should be opened for others?

Put simply, I forgot to remove the blog upload ability on your account ;). However, knowing that I was going to open up the section for all kinds of device reviews, I decided to leave it there.
