I've joined O2 last week and I'm in a VM household. However, each time I go to Volt hub in My O2 app it tells me that Volt has already been applied or that I'm not eligible for Volt? FYI, me and my wife has the same pay monthy sim contracts and she gets double the data but I don't. VM account is under her name and we both live under the same address. Any ideas why I can't active Volt?
