Volt not activated 3 weeks on

Hi there
I hope the forum team can help as I have been onto the social media team and they have fell silent after 'sorting' the issue.
They haven't 
I applied for my Volt benefits on 23rd January and they were confirmed a few days later on the 27th. 
Here we are 3 weeks later and they are still not active.
This was planned way in advance of a foreign trip to Mexico in anticipation on included roaming and being here a week and a half now paying £6 a day when it should be included is beyond frustrating and getting expensive considering I made the choice to sign up for a new sim with Volt in plenty of time.
I have been assured time and time again (even before I left the UK) that it is all set up and will be active 'soon'

@madasaf1sh i have been onto them for over a month now.

They just don’t care, I’m so frustrated being so far away and they have wasted some valuable time on my travels.

I found this forum when seeing if others had similar problems, they have staff here whom some cannot even access.

Its all fine and easy to say phone when I get back but if it is documented here at least I have a paper trail as such.

what should only take a few days is dragging on to a ridiculous level now.

Ironically back home in Glasgow I have double broadband speed that I don’t need right now.

Here we are 5 WEEKS later and the double data has finally been activated just yesterday. It looks like a new order has been put through to accomplish this. 
However the Volt Roaming add on has not and I am still £6 a DAY @O2Sarah- hasn't came back for a week now.

@O2Sarah- is on now - note it can take 24hrs for the Volt O2 Travel Inclusive Zone bolt-on to appear, but it should be applied if you also have "Volt Benefits" bolt-on showing and active, @Euan1978 

The "O2 Travel" bolt-on that is getting you for £6 per day may need to be deactivated - you can remove the O2 Travel Bolt On in My O2 if you feel brave 😂

@pgn Sarah has replied today and is chasing it up again. 
After 5 weeks of this I don't think it would be a leap of faith removing things now. 

I asked a friend who has had VOLT for a while and his has both on so I will leave it be as I don't want cut off completely over here.

Handy to have a comparison point, @Euan1978 - and yes, best to let the O2 Travel sleeping dog lie until Volt Benefits are fully activated and visible in your MyO2. That last mile now, hopefully, and then the cajoling to get all those £6 daily payments reimbursed from the day Volt went active on your VM account. Good luck!

Still waiting for my VOLT roaming add on to be activated.

5 WEEKS and 3 days since it was all confirmed as in place, I just had to wait 'a few days'

Never again o2 you have really let me down.

Surely this has got to be some sort of record to show O2's total incompetence. 

6 WEEKS NOW since my benefits were confirmed and only have to wait a few days.

In that time I spent 4 weeks in Mexico being charged £6 per day to use a service that should have cost nothing.
Quite a few days I was outwith mobile coverage but I now have an eyewatering additional charges on my bill of £138 in additional charges when it should have been £0

Ironically a week past yesterday I received my double data but not roaming which has STILL NOT BEEN applied.

Anyone else planning a trip abroad, don't bother relying on O2 they are hopeless to say the least.

@Euan1978 Sorry to hear it's still not been activated. The team has reached out and told me they DM'ed on Twitter but haven't heard back from you yet. Can you check if you've got a message there?

Thank you @Breanna they took over a week to come back each time which is very frustrating and have once again asked for security details, which they asked for weeks ago and received them so it seems we are just going round and round in circles and are back at square one now.

I am really fed up with the whole carry on at this stage.
