I signed up with both VM and O2 last Tuesday (19 November). My pay monthly sim went live on Friday (22 November) and my VM internet went live on Tuesday 26 November.
MY O2 data allowance is 30Gb which should be doubled to 60Gb due to being a Volt customer. I rang O2 today as my allowance is still showing as 30Gb. They said I had to ring VM. Of course, VM did not have a clue what I was talking about.
I am hoping that someone can explain to me how to get my O2 download allowance doubled to 60Gb.
