Volt/free roaming in USA

Hello, 

 

I thought as part of volt I am supposed to be getting free roaming in the USA. It did work once but  next time I got this message seen here so am very confused.

This is the message I got that first time I went. I didn't make any changes so not sure what happened

If you have a bolt on for Travel Inclusive in your MyO2 it is free roaming for you.

The different messages could be explained by which network you first connected to upon arriving in the USA, @adhiren - many recently have reported roaming issues if connected to AT&T's network in the USA, and then finding everything works as expected if they manually browse for a network and select T-Mobile.
