I've just taken out the plan listed by the OP, upgraded from an identically named plan just with less GB per month.

I've immediately had an email and a text stating my volt benefits (double data, travel) have been removed. In addition, when I look at MyO2, all the references + images relating to Volt have vanished. Is this all going to reappear, or am I screwed?
