Hi,
I have broadband, TV etc with Virgin. My Virgin mobile account switched to O2 on 23rd May. The email received said I would receive double data and a broadband upgrade to the next tier. On my O2 app I can see I have double data and a discount but there is nothing about volt or the broadband upgrade. I have spoken to Virgin but not got an answer. O2 customer services didn't seem to understand the problem and said I needed to upgrade my Sim.
Addresses and name are the same on both accounts?
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to go back to Virgin as O2 have no control over your broadband.
