Hi,

I would like to transfer volt benefits to another virgin broadband account due to house move and a new virgin subscription.

Any idea on how this can be transferred?

Thanks,

Update you address with both Virgin and O2 then re-apply for Volt.

Can this be done online? I will only require to change o2 address as new virgin sub is already registered to the new address.

Thanks

Managed to change address from myo2, had a slight blip where i would refresh the page and it would still show my old address and then was unable to log in for a few minutes.  After a while tried to log in again and it did and address is now updated matching Virgin broadband address.... i assume i wait the 14 day period or will i still need to contact customer services? By the way unable to re-apply for volt as it states "You’re all signed up"
