I was on the Virgin Media Volt package, but have now cancelled my contract with O2 and moved to another mobile provider. However, I'm still getting texts telling me to view my latest bill. How do I get these notifications to stop?

Are you still with Virgin Broadband as that has to be cancelled separately
Other than that you will need to speak to O2

Just watch. There is no guarantee your Volt benefits will continue (data boost). Used to be you were OK until you wanted to renew that contract but Virgin seem to be tightening up
