Hi,

 

I have been waiting since December for my multi save to be activated.

What can I do?

 

Why is it so difficult to contact these people?

Never had any problems contacting o2, best time to call is in the morning though... you can contact them on 0344 809 0202 or 202  or  just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
