I signed up to upgrade my broadband to 1Gig, and got offered a O2 Sim monthly plan, that triggers Volt.
But at the time was promised 6 months Disney+ on Us.
But all that is there on the o2 extras page is 3 months?
How do I get the 6 months disney+

Did you get the offer of Disney in writing @DrewScare ?
Sounds like it was with Virgin and not o2 (as you mention BB).
You can try talking to customer services - 202 from the o2 SIM, or 0344 809 0202 from another phone, or message on social media:
Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

I was under the impression that it was with o2 on o2s side.
When they explained about volt, I am eligible for £150, and Disney+ for 6 months on us.
Some other benefits but the main one was the 6 months.

You can try getting in touch with customer services then @DrewScare .
I would use the social media method as you can share a screen shot of that chat to back up the promise of 6 months

It might also be worth going back to VM Customer Services as they are the ones as well that kick in the 6months free, although the terms do say upto 6months...
