I am with virgin media and o2 am I eligible for a new router

Virgin would replace your router if faulty but you can claim wifi pods if needed to extend your wifi range.
You need to call VM customer services.

If as part of your Volt Benefits you get upgraded to Gig1 speeds then you will get a new router, however Virgin have supply constraints on Hub 4's and the Hub 5 is still in a testing phase..
Virgin can be contacted on 0345 454 1111 or 150 if you have a Virgin Land line.
