Just changed my package with 02 and have received my billing details.

Opted for the 5gb plan but cannot see where the data is doubled to 10gb as I am on volt with VM

I was assured I qualify for the double data from 02 but cannot see where it is applied to my account

Any ideas

Volt benefits take about 14 days to be applied after you have successfully claimed them, @Mundokev 

Volt Megaguide 

"When you upgrade or change a tariff on your O2 account, your Volt benefits will drop off temporarily. These benefits will be re-applied within 14 days."
