Hello, On 25th November I haggled with Virgin to get a better deal and ended up with a VOLT package. I was told I needed to have an O2 sim as I couldn’t use my Virgin sim with a VOLT package, this was “despatched” the same day. I received a bill from O2 on 26th for the coming months charges. The sim never arrived, so on 4th December I rang up and another sim was sent to me, which hasn’t turned up yet either. My main issue is at what point does does my Virgin sim stop working? I am going away tomorrow and don’t want to end up with my Virgin sim not suddenly working. Track my order has green tick at the “being processed” stage and a dark blue circle at the “on its way to you” stage.
