Hi,
I received a SIM only contract through my Virgin Media package. That package period has now co concluded, and I now wish to cancel this O2 add on service which I have never actually used. How can I cancel this, O2 are making this very difficult

Been waiting on phone for over an hour. I have 3 numbers with 02, my sick elderly husband soaked one phone in cup of cold tea other day, I just want to cancel that number and use other 2 but they are making it so difficult.
