Cancellation of Volt package

I received an email from Virginmedia advising me of an increase in the Volt package. It says that if I’m not happy with it I can cancel the Volt package - specifically both broadband and O2 sin, I have phoned Virginmedia and given them notice to cancel the whole package. However when I texted for the PAC code I was given a figure for a termination fee. Can anyone explain how I can sort this out?

You need to speak with customer service on 202

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

@Helen16

Customer service are set up to handle the system override on this.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
