I just wanted to check that you do not intend to send me a bill of any kind.  I have been switched to Volt from Virgin where I had a free SIM.  But I did not use their SIM and I do not intend to use yours.  Please confirm I will not be billed for anything.  Thank you.

@Mr_Weaver This is a customer to customer community, not O2. We have no access to anyone else's account.
You need to contact O2 or Virgin.

Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
O2 customers can call 202 from their O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

Assume you have changed your broadband package. If so the SIM is chargable. Two direct debits, one to Virgin and one to O2. The total amount should come to the figure quoted by Virgin

If you were still on an Oomph bundle then your payment for your broadband should be reduced by the cost payable to O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
