why does your support page take me to post on a public forum i want to speak to an o2 support member to answer questions about my bill and why i am unable to reduce it

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It's called contact deflection.

Cheaper to ask a question here than employ more customer service advisors.
