It's just an erroneous system message that is generated when customers are moved to the new 360 billing system.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Could be the recent overage allowance bolt on that O2 are putting on customers accounts at the moment due to certain pricing discrepancies, best to call O2 customer services to confirm that, I believe they sent out hundreds and thousands of texts regarding this recently.
