A quick check on a couple of random TN11 postcodes shows a mast in repair until 07-Sep (5AS) and oversubscribed services (1AA).  

This guide will help you keep track and keep reporting your problem to O2, @rimmus - but you do need to use it daily and log the stats back to O2: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? 

Typically O2 do not put timelines on repairs, as access to a shared mast can be a timely exercise.
