phone number associated with another user in error

My daughter and I were with Virgin until earlier this year when we were moved to 02.  I am the account holder and pay the bill.  My daughter now gets the text messages detailing the charges as my mobile number, which I have had for probably 20 years is "associated with another user".  I tried to change to my mobile number, but it comes up with

Change contact number

Contact number already associated with another user

 

I have called O2 several times to try and sort this but without success.    I should receive the text messages. thanks

You need to persist with O2 CS, @splash - this is a customer forum.
