Can any one help me or give some advise

 

I requested for my o2 number to be migrated to my new contract for my new phone on the 26th in the morning. I was told it would be done within 24hours. The number I want to keep was disconnected around 2pm on the 26th & has still not been moved over. I spent over an hour on the phone to customer services yesterday moved from department to department no one seemed to be able to help. Then I was told it was done and would be sorted within 12 hours. Still nothing.

 

I spent 2hours on live chat today spoke to 5 different agents. I was in the end told it hadn't been done and my old number was terminated & not moved over yet. I was then told a "ticket" had been raised and it will be 5 - 10 days to sort & they couldn't help any futher. I have no faith in this being done now. I use the number for my business so already lost revenue. Starting to get very concerned I have lost my number

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
