o2 has turned off 4 g calls on this account

Hi I've been getting a pop up on my device that 4g calls are turned off , the message reads as follows : O2 has turned off 4G calls on your accounts.

Can someone clarify why is this ?

It's a generic message you get when they are working on a mast near you

Just reboot the phone
