Hi, I've received my new sim from you today. I cannot sim swap, as the 20220 number I text to you won't send out from my mobile.

You need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 from another phone, and they can activate the new sim for you., 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You need to send the first text from your old sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

If the old sim is not working, you can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , as they should be able to help you with this
