My phones just gone to no service I’ve tried turning it off and putting SIM card back in many times but still stuck on no service

Could be your sim has failed. If so, call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they'll give you a new one with your details on it. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.

In addition to the suggestions above: have you checked that your phone bill has been paid (O2 will cut you off if you miss payments). You can check this in your MyO2, App or web-browser: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
