no reception today since afternoon

There has been no reception on my 02 sim today since the afternoon, is this only for me or are others facing the same issue?

Have you tried your sim card in a different phone or a different sim in your phone, if your sim doesnt work in a different phone then if the below doesn't work then take photo ID into an o2 store and they can issue a new sim.

Hi there - thanks for your prompt reply. I don't have sim as I am using eSIM on my iPhone 13.

I've had no issues today on two O2 sims
