new sim card

my phone no longer works, need a new smaller sim card to fit new phone. Can't connect to o2 as get no text to non working phone

Best thing to do is either pop to a local o2 store with photo ID and they can do a sim swap, there and then. 

Other wise use another phone and call o2 on 0344 809 0202 or from skype call +44 800 081 0255 there is a guide here Guide: A Guide to Skype

You can get one from any O2 store.

Take photo ID with you.

Check first if your sim can be converted.
