Hello,

I have just got a new mobile phone. It is a Motorola G9 play. I have transfered the number over from my old mobile phone [Personal details removed]. It has a new sim card in it which I have registered on the website. However I cannot connect it to the o2 network. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you do a sim swap at all, as these can take upto 24hours to complete.. or did you just put in the new sim card? 

Does your old sim still work?
