Check out this guide Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

and Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

You can only use a boostbox if you are a business customer.

As it's a new estate, the signal should improve over the weeks. You could also try some free PAYG sims from other networks and see if you can find one better than O2. You will know what to do when funds allow it if there is no improvement with O2.

Hello

I had messaged few days ago regarding issues with signal in my new property .

I still have difficulties in getting  the signal  unfortunately. I had switched to 2G as advised , I get one line signal if I place the phone near the door which is really frustrating , no one can get hold of me . I am feeling like I am in the middle of nowhere .

Is there anything else I could do to improve the situation ,any ideas ? or the only solution is to cancel my contract with O2  and get something which is really working .

Many thanks

Your only other option is to use WiFi Calling on your device, and connect it to your home broadband.

Other than that their is no other option, and before joining a new network, I would advise getting some PAYG sim cards and testing the network coverage on 3, EE and Voda.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
