How does it work if I need to keep my old number.As I have followed every step of o2 advise and none of them are not working.I have ordered my new sim.Then I have tried to fill the form online to keep my old number.The form it is not working at all.Then I have tried to ring 202 it is disconectiong me.Finally I went to o2 store and they said are not able to help me as I have purchased sim online and not at their store.
