Hi, I get no internet when I'm at work. Signal is fine, my phone shows 3/4 bars of 4g! But nothing ever loads, and I cant use any apps that use internet!

My colleague don't seem to have an issue!

Signal strength does not equate to data capacity or speeds, and your symptoms are typical of network congestion/lack of capacity.

Are your colleagues using O2 or a different network?
