I upgraded my phone around 6 weeks ago and it was a total nightmare, however, I thought we were all sorted but in the last couple of days my ability to send text messages has gone and I'm being told that iMessage and FaceTime are not switched on. Pretty simple, at least that's what I thought? I went in and switched it on waited a few seconds for it to activate, which it did, and then low and behold a few seconds later it switched itself off? Does the same for both iMessage and FaceTime. Does anyone have any advice as trying to get tech support from O2 is impossible. I've been with them for years and never really had much trouble but this latest upgrade has been a nightmare from the word go!!!!

Try resetting your network settings first.
Then check Settings >Phone >My Number.

I'd ask Apple to run some checks on your phone to get an idea of the issue and go from there
