iOS update to 15 can’t send messages

Hi iPhone updated to iOS 15 last night and today I can’t send messages get the green line across and then message to say message not sent red circle and exclamation mark any suggestions please?

You will probably find your messages are sending.

If you start your messages with *0# you will get a proper O2 delivery report.

There is a change in iOS 15 which doesn't work well with O2 hence the failed delivery message.
