Solved: extend ringing time on my mobile

My mobile only rings a few times, before ringing off, and I keep missing calls because of this, My phone is a Galaxy S8. Could you please tell me how I can extend the ring time so that I can answer the call before it rings off, I am told that this can be done by O2.
