Hi All
I have a Giff Gaff primary number on iPhone 14 all ok and a new esim on O2 where i have ported my old number too.
The esim keeps going no service where i know there is good signal, to be fair it very rarely has any service, when it does it is always better than my GiffGaff service but why does it keep going off line?
For referance, only had the esim 5 days

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
