eSIM not working

I have tried to install an eSIM as my physical Sim stopped working for some reason. I had some issues with it so I called customer services and they helped me get it activated properly. I now have realised no one can call me. It just goes straight to voicemail and I don’t get a notification saying missed call. I can call out to anyone, that works fine it’s just receiving calls.
