My 02 signal has been down since Monday 15th April and it is now the 18th - please advise when mast will be repaired! 
a refund would be appropriate after no signal for going on 4 days and it isn’t the first time!

If at home use WiFi Calling if you can

You are not guaranteed a signal as per the terms and conditions you agreed to on signing up

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
