When will my eSIM be activated on my upgraded mobile, I’ve not received a QR code and ESim activation is not included in my account profile.

You install esim from your MyO2:
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin using your browser gets you into the web version of MyO2, as above.
In MyO2 app, as below:
