I am trying to apply my NHS discount on a phone and plan I just bought but the site just keeps saying we are experiencing technical difficulties please try later. I'm aware i only have a limited time to apply this discount. Can anyone help?

Give it 2 or 3 days, perhaps even a week, for O2's records to synch up, then try, @P1walker
