Tell me please why the defence discount services code doesnt work with new phone and airtime. And ive checked, new phone not on the unvalid list. Who can fix this. thx

Hi you have to call customer service. Best time to call is 8am and try the number ending with 4005

A few people are having issues applying the Open discount just recently.

You need to call O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Try 0800 587 4005 when they open at 8am.
