My wife's phone (account is in my name) is on a contract which offers 250gb of data. Why can she almost never get a data connection?

Does this happen when she is next to you and you have data?

What happens if you swap SIM cards temporarily?

Trying to see if this is a network, phone, or SIM fault.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks. I will try getting data side by side, though I never use data and must find out how. As for swapping SIM cards, we have two each and the process is terrifying. I am 82 and half blind.
