im currently cut off, for reasons i do not wish to discuss on here i was unable to pay my bill. Now upon trying to log into my online account i need to receive a text message. But i cannot receive it as my sim is no unprovissioned. I also cannon call customer services to pay or talk about a bill when i am cut off completely.
