i recently changed to giffgaff but was dissatisfied with the service so wish to change back to o2

Get a PAC code from giffgaff. Choose what you want on O2 and then give them the code.

Simples

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
