@alan18 The sim from your old phone will fit and work to get you started, but you'll probably want a new 5G sim to get all the services you're paying for. You can call customer service and they'll send you a new sim, but O2 has this idiotic policy of disconnecting your old sim before the new one arrives. Your best option would be to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll give you a new sim or esim and swap it over for you. If you go in store be sure to bring photo ID with you.
