Can you login to the web-version of MyO2? if you can, then force-stop and uninstall and reinstall the MyO2 app on your phone.

If you can't log in to the main O2 site, it could be a prompt that is asking you to change your password before allowing you to proceed - try logging in in an Incognito tab on your phone's browser - you'll get an SMS and be asked to past that in to a prompt on the phone browser, and then asked to change you password... finicky, but has been being reported for a while now.

Note, @Kipras - this prompt box does not always appear on a PC-based browser - you get the SMS/text message, but see nowhere to type it in on Chrome, Firefox, Edge on PC.

Once the password has been changed, login again as normal on PC and on phone and you should not be bothered by it again.

Good luck!
