I have an issue with my O2 account. My service has been suspended due to unpaid bills, and I am unable to receive verification codes or log into the O2 app to resolve the issue.
I would like to settle my outstanding balance and reactivate my service as soon as possible. Can you please assist me with making the payment over the phone and reactivating my account?
