For a few days now I haven't been able to make calls or receive them, however I know other people on O2 and they don't seem to have any problems. Have been trying to find out where I can get this issue sorted, but can't call O2 customer service to get this issue sorted due to not being able to make calls. I would like to know if it's an issue with my phone or a network problem. Would someone be able to help me out or point me in the right direction to getting this issue sorted. I was hoping to speak to an advisor on the online chat that you used to have but haven't been able to find it anywhere.

Some things to check here Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If you need to call customer service, you can call via Skype.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
