Resolved! Sim has stopped working

My sim card has suddenly stopped working. I've lost my contacts, can't make calls, send texts or use mobile data any more. I've taken it out, tried it in another phone and cleaned it but it still doesn't work. How do I get a new sim card?

Resolved! Network Support SO42 7WF

Received an email today (30/1/21) saying no issue with network at SO42 7WF, but only get 1 bar of signal outside and no coverage indoors at all. This has been an issue for months.

O2 recycle promotion code not working

I upgraded my phone yesterday from the s20 to the s21+. I want to recycle my s20 with o2 recycle but the order number for my s21+ is coming up invalid code for the extra 150 for getting the s21+.

frozen and locked screen
